Marcus Miller was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Marcus Miller and Silver Rain together. Self-described as Jazz: Contemporary Jazz with lots of words, Marcus Miller comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Marcus Miller’s debut, ‘Silver Rain’, does not fit easily into one genre. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Bruce Lee - another great track from the Silver Rain album. La Villette (5:54) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Behind The Smile great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Marcus Miller must have run out of lyrics on the next track Frankenstein. Moonlight Sonata - A catchy, upbeat tune. First time I heard Boogie On Reggae Woman was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing. When I listen to Paris (Interlude) in my car when traffic ain’t going so good.

It has been one years Boney James’ last studio CD, “Seduction” which won Array Emmy® Awards and was nominated for album of the year. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Boney James energies, virtually a rebirth. For older fans Seduction will put a massive smile accross your face. If I may, I suggest “Camouflage”. That one song is amazing!
Got It Goin’ On - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Lights Down Low - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Seduction (5:27) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Washington Bridge I just LOVE this mix!

There is so much to love about Boney James, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. After seeing R.S.V.P., I had to have a good Boney James cd. Since completing 0’s ‘R.S.V.P.’, Boney James fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This album is in perfect progression from Boney James!
When I listen to Grazing In The Grass in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. I like the agression and power of More Than You Know. Shake It Up - A classic Boney James track. Boney James must have run out of lyrics on the next track Central Ave..

Lead single “Pure” and “Better With Time (featuring Bilal)” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. I am not a real Jazz: Contemporary Jazz music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Pure’ really is amazing. For older fans Pure will put a massive smile accross your face. This is what good Jazz: Contemporary Jazz should be.
When I listen to Better With Time (featuring Bilal) in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. 2:01 AM - To me, this is the best song on the Pure. I love the melodic melody of Stone Groove (featuring Joe Sample) and to this day it makes me feel good. Appreciate (featuring Debi Nova) one of the best in my collection.

Glow isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. On Glow album, Peter White have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke . . .’ school of songwriting. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Peter White. Peter White “Glow” is an amazing album.
Who’s That Lady - To me, this is the best song on the Glow. Once Turn It Out gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Bullseye - A strong beat. Just My Imagination - This is a very lively song. Bueno Funk - Okay, I just talked about depth.

Al Jarreau was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Al Jarreau and High Crime together. High Crime carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Al Jarreau on ‘Raging Waters’. Last Hot Album by Al Jarreau
Imagination - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Murphy’s Law is worth the money. First time I heard Tell Me was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing. After All - another great track from the High Crime album.

Jim Jones has compared writing for Jamie Cullum’s new album to that on ‘Pointless Nostalgic’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. There is no doubt that Jamie Cullum has talent. Pointless Nostalgic isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. To me Jamie Cullum is the best band ever.
I Can’t Get Started - For me, this is the best of the album. Once Devil May Care gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. The song You’re Nobody Till Somebody Loves You ending is my favorite… so catchy! Pointless Nostalgic - This is a very lively song. In The Wee Small Hours Of The Morning one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Well You Needn’t - I like this one.

It has been three years George Benson’ last studio CD, “Breezin’” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Now signed to George Benson’s Savoy Records, the title track from second album “Breezin’” leads George Benson’s back-to-school campaign. three years ago, George Benson briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “This Masquerade”. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Breezin’.
This Masquerade - another great track from the Breezin’ album. Six to Four - This is a very lively song.
