While no new Dionne Warwick album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1982 tour in South America. On Heartbreaker album, Dionne Warwick have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke . . .’ school of songwriting. Dionne Warwick was a flawless and timeless record. There were many famous songs of Cliff Richard available. Cliff Richard’s debut, ‘Me and My Shadows’, does not fit easily into one genre. ‘Me and My Shadows’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Me and My Shadows touched my soul like nothing else.

Now signed to Cliff Richard’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “The Young Ones” leads Cliff Richard’s back-to-school campaign. This album has some very good songs like Friday Night and Got A Funny Feeling. The Young Ones isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. If you love Cliff Richard as much as I do, then Cliff Richard The Young Ones is the CD for you!

Since Paul Potts last CD (One Chance) on Sparrow Records back in 2007, I have felt a massive void in my life. On the Slovenia charts, superstar Paul Potts’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. On the Germany charts, superstar Paul Anka’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Self-described as Easy Listening with lots of words, Paul Anka comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for Paul Anka’s new album to that on ‘Rock Swings’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Rock Swings is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
