Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Alan Jackson on ‘Honky Tonk Christmas’. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Alan Jackson ever.

It has been one years Joan Baez’ last studio CD, “Diamonds and Rust” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. one years ago, Joan Baez briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Fountain Of Sorrow”. This is what good Country should be.

Fountain Of Sorrow - This is a very lively song. I like the agression and power of Never Dreamed You’d Leave In S. Children And All That Jazz (3:08) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Simple Twist Of Fate - This one is lively and fun. We All Fall Down - another great track from the Spend My Time album. My Imagination - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. She’s Leavin’ - My least favorite song on this album. Everything I Need great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.What Ever Happened - To me, this is the best song on the Spend My Time.

Since Steve Earle last CD (Jerusalem) on Virgin Records back in 2002, I have felt a massive void in my life. This disc has all of the essential Steve Earle classics. This is what good Country should be.

Amerika V 6.0 (The Best We Can Do) - For me, this is the best of the album. Conspiracy Theory one of the best in my collection. John Walker’s Blues great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.The Kind is worth the money. What’s A Simple Man To Do? (2:29) a good melody.

I am not a real Country music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Vencedor’ really is amazing. Since completing 2006’s ‘Te Quiero Asi’, Valentin Elizalde fulfilled their contract with Mute Records and where under no obligation to release another album. This album is in perfect progression from Valentin Elizalde!

Please Man (Feat. Wyclef Jean) is a bit of a show-tune. You Shook Me All Night Long - a classic song. High Five - This is a very lively song. Radio - arguably the best track on Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace album. When I listen to You Never Stop Loving Somebody in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. When The Devil Gets The Best Of Me has a beautifully haunting disco flavor.

Since The Band last CD (Music from Big Pink) on Savoy Records back in 1968, I have felt a massive void in my life. This is what good Country should be.

To Kingdom Come is another favourite of mine. In A Station - This is a very lively song. Caledonia Mission - My least favorite song on this album. The Weight one is one of the better boring ones. We Can Talk - A strong beat.
