On the Latvia charts, superstar Vangelis’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. Vangelis was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Vangelis and Direct together. Vangelis’s debut, ‘Direct’, does not fit easily into one genre. Direct is the best essence of Vangelis.
The Will Of The Wind - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Metallic Rain - Check out that bassline! Elsewhere - A classic Vangelis track. Dial Out - Vangelis first major hit. Glorianna ( Hymn A La Femme…) (4:29) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs.
