It has been thirteen years Udo Lindenberg’ last studio CD, “HORIZONT” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. On the Japan charts, superstar Udo Lindenberg’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. While no new Udo Lindenberg album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1988 tour in North America. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
I like the agression and power of AIRPORT (DICH WIEDERSEHN…). BODY BUILDING BRAUT - a classic song. So much energy, so exciting a sound.DER LINDISCHE OZEAN very upbeat. DU KNALLST IN MEIN LEBEN (3:30) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs.
