After debuting at No. 1 last week, Tito Nieves’s album I Like It Like That falls to No. 2 with 932,000, a sales slide of 85%. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Tito Nieves energies, virtually a rebirth. Lead single “Amores Como Tu” and “Almohada” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Almohada very upbeat. Desde Que Te Tengo A Ti is a bit of a show-tune. Once Manias gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. The song Te Amo ending is my favorite… so catchy! I like the agression and power of How Do You Keep The Music Playing.
