Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Melanie C’s new album to that on ‘Next Best Superstar’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Melanie C’s debut, ‘Next Best Superstar’, does not fit easily into one genre. Next Best Superstar isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
