Since Ludovico Einaudi last CD (Le Onde) on Blue Note Records back in 1998, I have felt a massive void in my life. There is so much to love about Ludovico Einaudi, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Ludovico Einaudi’s debut, ‘Le Onde’, does not fit easily into one genre. Such great and happy songs.
Le Onde very upbeat. Lontano one is one of the better boring ones. Ombre - arguably the best track on Le Onde album. La Linea Scura - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Tracce - A catchy, upbeat tune. Questa Notte - To me, this is the best song on the Le Onde.
